Summer camp registrations are open and filling up fast! This year’s theme will encourage us to “Stand Firm” in Christ. Our theme verse, 1 Corinthians 15:58, will remind us each day to “Be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord...” I am thrilled to speak alongside of guest speakers Tad Marshall and Chris Burt during the first junior week on June 17-21. For junior week two on July 1-5, Chris Burt will join me again along with Ed Dunlop. Speakers for teen week on June 24-28 will include myself, Chris Haizlip, Tim Cruse, and Robbie Harrington.
BROTHER TAD MARSHALL is the pastor of Lakeside Baptist Church in Beech Island, SC. He grew up traveling with his father, evangelist Charlie Marshall. He later became a youth pastor after attending Bible college at Tennessee Temple. He served in this position for 18 years before becoming a pastor.
BROTHER CHRIS BURT is the Youth Pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Valdosta, GA. He graduated from Pensacola Christian College and now he also serves Lighthouse Christian School as the secondary supervisor of the learning center. He has a genuine passion and talent for leading youth in teaching and fun activities.
BROTHER GREG LENTZ is an evangelist as well as the director at Venture of Faith Camp. Greg Lentz Ministries was established in March of 1997 with his desire to be a blessing to the local church and community. His focus is on reaching the next generation and inspiring solid youth programs.
BROTHER CHRIS HAIZLIP is the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church. After serving as a pastor for 14 years and an evangelist for 2 years, he has been settled here in Statesville, NC since 2002. He has a burden for the youth and seeks to preserve our heritage of "Old Time Religion." He also travels to preach at other churches, conferences, and revivals .
BROTHER TIM CRUSE is the pastor of Shining Light Baptist Church in Monroe, NC. He grew up in a broken home but began attending church after during his senior year of college. He trusted Christ in 1981 and transferred to Piedmont Baptist College to study God's word. He began his pastoral ministry in 1990 and since then, has established multiple ministries and written Biblical pieces.
BROTHER ROBBIE HARRINGTON is the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Lake Park, GA. Founded in 1989, the church has remained faithful in their call to reach others with the love of Christ. They currently support missionaries in over 31 countries and have a presence on every continent in the world.
BROTHER ED DUNLOP is an evangelist and Christian Educator. He seeks to reach all ages through crusades and "Excellence in Christian Literature." He has published many different types of books such as: teacher and student booklets, how-to writings, adventure stories, and medieval allegories. He also presents the gospel through the art of ventriloquy with puppet Andy.
